Ashleigh Renee (A. Renee Fashion LLC)  garments are handmade. This process is time consuming and takes 3-10 days per order to ship.  Some items may ship sooner than others depending on stock availability. Shipping after completion takes between 1-3 days to ship and are normally delivered between 3 and 5 business days. 

​We ship using USPS unless otherwise requested.

​This shipping policy does not apply to custom orders.  Shipment of custom orders will be discussed when the custom agreement is signed.

We accept returns of ready to wear, jewelry and accessories only.  Returns are only accepted unopened and in the original packaging within 15 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase.  This policy does not include custom, exclusive, pre-sale or sale items.  

We accept exchanges on ready to wear, jewelry, accessories, sale items and pre-sale items.  Exchanges are eligible within the first 15 days after receipt of delivery (delivery date will be based on the date provided by delivery carrier). Sale and pre-sale items are not eligible for refunds.   Exchanges must be unopened and in original packaging to be accepted.

All custom and exclusive item are not eligible for return or exchange.
