Shipping Policy

Ashleigh Renee (A. Renee Fashion LLC) garments are handmade. This process is time consuming and takes different amounts of time depending on the design selected. Ashleigh Renee will work directly with each customer to schedule the time tables per garments for production and shipment. This shipment agreement will be shown in the custom order agreement.

All exclusive items and items under DIXIT by Ashleigh Renee will be shipped within 5-7 business days of order with the exception of pre-sale items, holidays and store closure dates.

Pre-sale items will ship on or before the shipment date stated at the time of the order.

We ship using USPS or UPS unless otherwise requested.

All orders are provided a tracking number for all packages.

Return & Exchange Policy

We only accept returns of DIXIT apparel, jewelry and accessories. Returns are only accepted unopened and in the original packaging within 15 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. This policy does not include custom, exclusive, pre-sale or sale items.

All custom, sale items, and ticket purchases are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales are final for these items.

Custom Garment deposits are non-refundable.

If 15 days or more have passed since your purchase or delivery date, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

We accept exchanges on exclusive items, DIXIT, jewelry and accessories. Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery of item as reported by the delivery company and must be undamaged, have all tags and original packaging still attached. Shipment must be sent within 15 days of the delivery in order for the exchanged to be honored. New item will be shipped once the exchange has been received and processed (takes up to 3 days after receiving item).

Any requests for refunds or exchanges outside of the above stated dates will not be honored.
